It's been a year...

.. to forget:

Last year at this time, I lost my eldest brother at the young age of 38. It changed my family, and I am sad to say it didn't change it for the better.

Last year, during the summer, I nearly died. I spent more time in the doctor's office and in a wing of a hospital called the "Wound clinic" than I ever want to or think anyone else should ever have to, again.

My parents are still going through housing problems, and even more health problems than ever before and it has been causing rifts between siblings like never before.

... to remember:

We sold our condo! Finally, we can start working on getting out of debt.

We witnessed a good friend get the job of his dreams! And he gets to have fun!

I got to get to know a little brother, that because of my Mission, and getting married, I wasn't around to see him grow up.

I got a sweet sweet job in the advertising industry that allows me to be creative.

My wife got her car. Finally.

Even though there were a lot that went bad, sometimes it can over shadow the good.

Happy New Year Everyone.....

It was truly a very memorable year.
May the next year be memorable, but filled with a few less challenges.
